Definitely, I think these days crime and Thriller kdramas are attracting me more. I'm also watching mouse, then need to watch beyond evil, there's this and police university that'll come out soon. They've all got such intriguing concepts and are executed really well. Makes me feel like I've become a criminal profiler myself XD.

FIRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEE!!! Like I don't know about u guys but this is the kinda fiction I used to read when I was a bit younger. It's amazing seeing it come to life. Only on the first ep but it's AMAZING. Every character has depth, they're not what they seem. Has a lil bit of all different genres. The childhood friends add a refreshing whoosh of air. The judge is a true psycho, love him at times, hate him at times. Utter chef's kiss.

It was such an amazing watch, but the ending fell a bit flat for me.

I don't know all the minor details cuz I didn't watch the last couple of epsiodes, but after they broke up the second time, the ML got into another relationship after a long time and he was about to marry her when the FL appeared. The ML was convinced she had led a happy life without him, but actually after the FL got married, she had a son and they were a happy family until the son died in an accident and she blamed herself. Ultimately the couple decided to mutually divorce and when she met the ML again it was the day she divorced her husband. After that the ML and FL kept meeting each other again accidently, and ML came to realise what a sad life she was living now and I think started to feel sorry for her, until eventually he questioned whether he was really over her or not. (after this I skipped to the ending, where he seems to have broken up with his fiance/gf, and they're walking on a street together talking about what they'll do with their life now that everything is over. I think they decide to part ways on good terms go their separate ways). I have never felt so heartbroken, exhausted and empty after a drama. After everything they went through, they should have had a happy ending.

Tbh idk if JCW will be able to do justice to the role. No doubt he's an amazing actor, but I don't think I would have matched him with the magician??? I kinda hoped it could have been Lee jumg suk. He's kinda got that mystical vibe while JCW is more the charming type. But I'm sure he'll give it his best.

I am so excited for this. It'll probably be a Web drama right? Since the webtoon is relatively short. Did I mention already I am really excited?!?!?! Hope they can do the story justice, because the webtoon relied a lot on the art style to convey emotions and narrations.

A MESS

A much needed slow burn. This is another portrayal of what a healthy and beautiful relationship should look like. The communication between the leads is no joke, at times (other times the lack of communication is also no joke) . Guys and gals, take notes, this is how we should communicate (positively) with our significant others. It took me a while to finish, since the beginning was a bit slow, but I've ended up watching the second half in 2 days.

I'd watch it for the beginning not the end is all I can say really. So I was fine watching it eventhough it started to get depressing because I had hope that they would end up together at the end. But then I saw the reviews around ep 14 and all were saying "OMG I'M SO SAD THEY END UP TOGETHER", then I lost all my motivation to watch it and skipped to the ending. I would say its a depressing bittersweet drama. Sweet at the beginning, bitter at the end. If u can tolerate realistic or sad endings, go for it.

The only thing that kept me going was wanting to see his beautiful happy smile, but tragic that it ends sadly.

For some dramas, you really need to read reviews and comments first. Thinking it was a romantic comedy, I started a binge watch, but every episode just became darker and sadder. Like whyyyyyyyy do they not have a clear happy end. I get the ending, but they deserved more. More closure, more catharsis, more love from each other.

I dont know why but the song little do you know comes to mind when I think of this drama.

GUYS!! I literally came just to say this : If you've ever seen the bl series where your eyes linger, don't you think that's literally what I imagine the whole storyline of the sister, the husband and his friend to be like, except in the end he ends up marrying the sister instead of being with the friend.??!!!! The parallels are so perfect. Came to my mind while I was watching an mv. That's it, all I wanted to say. Good day to you.

Edit: he might get to be with his friend after all??

All I came here to say is, the ear touching habit MAKES MY HEART POUND SO HARD. Like damnnnnn the tension. Replayed that bit too many times.
