I think Mark is a great actor, I never think of him as Mark, I fully see him as the character in every series he has been in., I had high hopes for this ship - I saw some behind the scenes footage where they were flirty and I thought AWESOME, there will be more events for Mark if he has an official couple but THEN the series dropped ep1 and I was a bit confused, to say the least...

I am kind of a fan of divorce in this case, cause if your relationship is just mix of resentment and guilt I dont want you to stay in it. And staying together after going through such fucked up things, staying in the same village where it happend... Idk, I dont think they are making good choices, these characters...ANd since S1 I got the vibe that the wife is unable to forgive him for what happend to her daughter, like fully prepared to resent him for it for the rest of her life, while he is dedicated to making it up to them which leads to... no note worthy reaction from either of them.
Aaaaaand I was super pissed where That Man found them just sitting behind the pillar after Daigo shouted at them to run. The ySHOULD HAVE FUCKING RUN, did she really think she was better off sitting in an open space covered only from the back??!? When she shouted at Daigo it was his fault if something happens to their daughter I wanted him to shout back: I told you to fucking run!!

I loved S2 for completely different reasons than S1 but obviously S2 had a bigger budget, sooooooooooo impressed with the director and editor, visually fantastic AND answered all the important questions left over from s1
