Latest I heard the court settled before reaching jury which means their public apologies was issued by court and they paid a fine...... that's what thai Law says can be an outcome if you read into it. They never reached a Jury, they went before a settlement judge who aruged if there was a case to drive to jury or not. And judging by their issued apologies in those two public posts, they both agreed none of them wanted to go to actual court with such a heavy case. It's cited as an outcome PRE-JURY COURT, in the Siam Law and Thai Law clause under public defamation.
Same in the American laws, which was what settled one of the issues with Amber Heard and Johnny. They went to full blown trial and hearings in court for a whole different issue when Johnny persisted on suing his abuser for justice and truth. And WON. With all the evidence on the table clearly against Amber & she was even caught lying on the stand.... YES... she even lied right there on the stand. .. so from what their statements were. It's also very much written into the subtext between them, like Itt saying he will stay so that he can be the punch bag instead of Gear so Night and Gear can be together. And if Night is sad, Day will kick Itt's ass... and then he starts to crack down on with who, doing what and where Itt is allowed to be and go. Gives him a curfew and shit telling hom to keep Gear away from Night "Or else"... But that backfires so Itt thinks he can bargain for Gears freedom to date Night, not knowing Day wasn't planning on letting him go any time soon... Itt won't be able to go anywhere, and that first novel is literally just Day saying "You will stay within my sight until I am done with you." And then Itt stays at first out of fear forn the tape, then out of fear for Day, then he learns to like the rewards he gets from obedience.. and then he learns to abuse that (which is exactly what Day wanted from the beginning) so yeah. Classic behavioral conditioning. They miss this in the series entirely. Because they can't convey the subtext. It's basically Yeonim's signature writing style 🤣

Also... what Nan did to the car was cut the injection line... meaning the car would start and run fine until Mac accellerated ... then the engine would stall, choke out.. and the gearbreaks would kick in causing the car to halter speed and stall out ... he didn't tamper with anything that woukd directly cause harm to Mac (unless mac turned the steering wheel, which yoy don't do going straight ahead on a drag race course....) Nan knows cars, he knew exactly what he did to the car, Itt didn't hence his worry and Nan's eagerness to shut him ip before Itt exposed his tampering to Mac. .. this is explained SO MUCH BETTER in the novel, and Itt wasn't even there until he saw Nan coming out of the farage with a smug face, afterwards asking in nervous if Mac shouldn't check the car and cocky Mac replies that he already did. But he was already suspiscious of Nan's behavior by then and it was all realized once he lost that Itt knew that Nan tampered with the car. & then he was even more infuriated. But.. he was still "punished" .

DayIty being the main story in "I love you so much... so Brutal", call it the Mother-story. and then Unforgotten Night being a parallell during book 1&2of DayItt ( called Too bad... Love of Mafia, the Bodyguard Polyrelationship also has a story of it's own here called Soft Love the Three of us) NanMac has the fourth parallel story to Book 2&3 of DayItt (called Why do you have to be Evil to love me? 2parts & a special) and the Prequel that explains GearNight's events that set all of the other stories in motion also heavily involving Gus, Gear's brother (called I'll be Evil to make you Love me). And then there's of course the running paralell from book 1 of Day & Itt with Neil & Nick that has Nick's backstory explained a bit better.... Yes Nan did sexually assault Mac ... 🙄 because he wanted to try A$$ And see if it was as addictive as Day made it seem.... and then after that he felt awful guilt, after a week he went to Mac's dad to confess. But Mac's father noticed the change in behavior of his son and even if he was furious as to what happened he agreed to let Nan pay back for what he did by helping Mac's father make a decent person out of Mac "By any means possible" .... Nan the. Chose sex as punishment (yuck) to so so...
As far as Day's plan of revenge went he decided to toy into Itt and make Itt so dependent on him that Itt legit wouldn't be able to breathe without Day... his vengeance went on for about a month, then it turned into monitoring and then he realized it had a very weak mind already, so he used that to entrap it in a mind cage using the tape to make him stay within sight... originally just to use him as a punching bag... 👊 .. that backfired though when Mr. Cocky Day suddenly developed a case of Lima Syndrome and began to synpathize with Itt... but only after Night forgave Gear and they became a couple, which annhiliated Day's plan of revenge... so he just toyed with Itt until he was broken, then began to rebuild his behavior after his own suit... which is why Itt is furious about the cake thing... because it has become a Mental block in his head that if Day doesn'r buy him cake it means he no longer loves him.
Yeah the boy suffers from more mental illness than a mere panic attack... he's got PTSD from being kidnapped by a taxi driver in the past... he also has been raped by Day, he made Gear violate Night because he didn't think Gear liked the nerd so they bet a car stereo on it.

Her actions are unforgivable for me. She might be forgiven and forgotten.... but her actions won't be anytime soon. They are PUBLIC record. And I'm surprised they forgave her and STILL let her stay in their lives... all while she managed to almost force Build out of the entire entertainment industry.

Also. The TRUE uncut version, isn't any of the series, but the novels. There are 12 books in total with all character arches & stories .. DayIty being the main story in "I love you so much... so Brutal", call it the Mother-story. and then Unforgotten Night being a parallell during book 1&2of DayItt ( called Too bad... Love of Mafia, the Bodyguard Polyrelationship also has a story of it's own here called Soft Love the Three of us) NanMac has the fourth parallel story to Book 2&3 of DayItt (called Why do you have to be Evil to love me? 2parts & a special) and the Prequel that explains GearNight's events that set all of the other stories in motion also heavily involving Gus, Gear's brother (called I'll be Evil to make you Love me). And then there's of course the running paralell from book 1 of Day & Itt with Neil & Nick that has Nick's backstory explained a bit better.... (they have their own special chapters throughout all of Love you so much... so Brutal)

Nan the. Chose sex as punishment (yuck) to so so...
As far as Day's plan of revenge went he decided to toy into Itt and make Itt so dependent on him that Itt legit wouldn't be able to breathe without Day... his vengeance went on for about a month, then it turned into monitoring and then he realized it had a very weak mind already, so he used that to entrap it in a mind cage using the tape to make him stay within sight... originally just to use him as a punching bag... 👊 .. that backfired though when Mr. Cocky Day suddenly developed a case of Lima Syndrome and began to synpathize with Itt... but only after Night forgave Gear and they became a couple, which annhiliated Day's plan of revenge... so he just toyed with Itt until he was broken, then began to rebuild his behavior after his own suit... which is why Itt is furious about the cake thing... because it has become a Mental block in his head that if Day doesn'r buy him cake it means he no longer loves him.
Yeah the boy suffers from more mental illness than a mere panic attack... he's got PTSD from being kidnapped by a taxi driver in the past... he also has been raped by Day, he made Gear violate Night because he didn't think Gear liked the nerd so they bet a car stereo on it.

Nan does agree to repent with Macs father, but Mac doesn't know that's why he was "taken back" to live with Nan. That it was because his dad allowed it. And then Nan takes the drop out chaos kid back to get his education done. And all to redeem to Mac's father what ge did.

Ugh. The subtext of the novel has flown right above the head of the screenwriter and editor. Both of whom I believe should look for another job (/same writer as hit bite love)
