I'm seeing a lot of the top reviews saying DAYS is washed potential and that it's boring, and it absolutely shocks me to read these?! I personally found this story so beautifully written and portrayed, keeping me absolutely hooked on the end of each episode. I can somewhat see that the boredom could have come from the slow burn or the amount of time it took for everything to unfold once and for all but that was the beauty of this drama? I love how slowly their relationship evolved and how no matter what they stuck together against all odds. But what i wanted to appreciate the most was how smoothly they brought Myul Mang back into Dong Kyung's life in the last episode. It just made such perfect sense on how he was able to come back and most of all it tied in with the story line so perfectly I'm in awe. I've seen a lot of dramas where the lead comes back to life and it just never makes sense and look choppy but here they did such a good job at wrapping up this story in one beautiful cohesive way.
So to summarize how I feel how this drama, I absolutely loved it. I love how smoothly everything was tied together and transitioned throughout the drama. The character development and how side characters like Ji Na got their fair share of attention too. I applaud the directors and cast for doing so well in their duties regarding this drama, a solid 11/10 from me!

Ahh yes I've heard of it :D while I was researching about the author of the book Lovers of the Red Sky is based on, I discovered Moon Embracing the Sun too. I shall use you recommending it as a chance to give it a try, thank you so much for the recommendation, I appreciate it!!

I had been looking SO forward to this drama and so far it has been so utterly addictive and eye catching. I finished 4 episodes in one night and am desperately waiting for more ;-;
The story is very unique, unlike any other plot I've heard or seen of before. The charisma and talent the actors carry while playing their roles is what makes the drama so addicting and most of all, so very immersive. If you're debating whether or not to start it, stop debating and watch it NOWW, because everything from the acting, story to the ost is absolutely perfect so far!!

I absolutely cannot wait to see what this drama has in store for us. Especially excited about the fact that both leads are well off, which isn't something I've seen a lot! I was absolutely in love with Park Gyu Young's character in the devil judge, so I am greatly looking forward to seeing what she will be showing us now :D
(also the VIBEE OMG, the aesthetic, the outfits, setting, ugh everything has me eagerly waiting for whats next!!)

It depends on how you perceive it but as @Midnight explained it, "Min Tae Gu didn't get the justice he (and his little sister) deserved. Instead he was killed. BUT Ha Chae Yoon did put all of the bad guys on trial, so it was an open ending."

please pleaseeee give this drama a shot! Personally I think her acting here is really good and it's up to you if you'll like it too but make a decision after watching a few episodes :,)

same it shocks me that a drama this good doesn't have a higher rating. It really is one of those dramas that if you're binge watching you wouldn't even know what episode you're on because your continuously watching one after the other without control :,)

i had already spoiled the ending for myself but i never expected it to me hit me so hard even though i knew that it wouldn't be a happy one, but boy was i wrong, the emotions i felt watching it can't even be put into words, absolutely amazing

This was pure pain but so so beautiful. The acting was so so good. I have never seen anyone express so many emotions so perfectly the way SIG does. JSM's performance was also just perfect, I loved this drama and if you haven't watched it yet, please do, you won't regret it.
