The thing that bothered me a lot was how whole Do Shik's trauma situation turned out.. they made a bubble and we were expecting something out of the box, but it turned out to be underwhelming. Firstly the things he suffered for years and blamed himself wasn't even his fault yet he had to pay price for things he didn't do. And this sucks.. sucks a lot, okay I can accept if he was wrong or he made a terrible mistake and had to face all these consequences but NO, writers don't like to make leads at fault so they'll get more sympathy. But I genuinely feel that it's okay to let them make mistakes so we can accept the fact why are they punishing themselves, for a valid reason.
And this wasn't enough to piss me off... I was waiting for the whole time for Do Ha specially Seon A to say.. 'It's not your fault, you shouldn't blame yourself.' but it never happened. I can understand their situation losing your loved one is not easy but you can't say just one sentence that you should. Honestly, the whole thing was disturbing.
Well we don't know that yet, as first 2 episodes is pretty much build up with backstory... so they are pretty much serious and a bit intense. There might be hint of humor but definitely can't be consider as funny.
Lmao "Is MDL's favorite word recently "predictable"?" got me. I guess being predictable depends on people as everyone…
A thriller? I can name many: 365 Repeat the Year, Sweet Home, Beyond Evil, Kairos, Memorist, Tengoku to Jigoku: Psychona Futari, Todome no Kiss ( both are Jdramas)... there are more but these are coming first on my mind... and I'm not comparing just coz you asked.
I never said it was bad.. just apart one part nothing shocked me, that's all. It's just that it's more enjoyable as action than being thriller or suspense.
Easily one of the best series of 2021. Is MDL's favorite word recently "predictable"? What drama today is NOT…
Lmao "Is MDL's favorite word recently "predictable"?" got me. I guess being predictable depends on people as everyone doesn't think in the same way, so I don't think predictable word can be applied to everyone. And yes I agree with everything being so predictable these days but this is not something what we expect from a thriller, suspense drama... I mean suspense drama should be unpredictable coz then it's suspense.
I can totally relate with "Okay, it makes no sense" when the romance was thrown out of nowhere I was totally pissed by it lol and I'm not fan of ending either. Maybe I prefer open endings or with the proper once and this one doesn't fit in both.
Haha it's not sarcasm lol, it was genuine response :') I used surprisingly due to the theme and tone of drama wasn't really indicating for 'the happy ending' xD

Healing drama, ah what's happening
*high five* for having Mr. Queen as one of favs
Haha I actually try to write non-spoilery review every time, so I guess I'm getting improvement with time.
