i .. i mean as much as i hate it, i want him to stay true to his character bc ultimately thats the han jipyeong we fell in love with he will help them if hes needed, encourage them and give them advice, eventually move on and wish for their happiness, become part of the circle (not as close but friendly at the very least) and stay good boy with grandma. theres no ending more fitting imo, i dont think introducing a love line is necessary even the implication will feel cheap to me personally.
why is jipyeong helping them again... hjp im not worthy i wouldve left them to rot ages ago (who knows maybe this time dosan will save the day and further highlight why noone needs hjp nor appreciates him in this drama) truly a fitting ending
