ITSAY was actually produced by "Nadao Bangkok" not GMMTV.

Nadao Bangkok is 40% owned by its CEO - Songyos, 30% by GDH, 10% by Hub Ho Hin Bangkok (GDH's minority owner), and 20% by others.

GDH, is a Thai film studio subsidiary to the conglomerate "GMM Grammy" - the owner of GMMTV.
