Oh Eighth Sense is really good. My next favourite after Semantic Error. I also loved Jazz for Two wh8ch aired recently and Gray Shelter isn't bad.
I didn't like 180 Degrees Longitude. The cinematography drove me insane.

I couldn't get into the Untamed but isn't costume so that's no surprise. As soon as theblong hair and flowing robes appear that's ne out.
Yes GoGo Squid I absolutely loved.
As for BLs, Taiwanese and Japanese are my favourite. There are some decent Thai ones but a lot have gone downhill. There are too many of them. Some good Korean ones.
I loved Amidst a Snowstorm of Love and Lighter and Princess.

Hahavyeah I am enjoying Best Choice Ever too. I'm a big Miles Wei fan so looking forward to his new one. Li Xian's new one starts this week as well. I have Lovely Runner on my watchlist, it looks good. I got fed up with Korean dramas so only watch the best ones. I used to watch all BLs but now I'm more picky.
I don't like costume/period dramas so I only watch modern day ones.

Agreed, not sure where people are getting the whole mother getting the majority of the screentime from either...she really isnt! Yeah maybe she could do with way less but she definitely isn't getting more than the mains. People need to calm their passion a bit and stop getting their panties in a twist.

Agreed...at least old lady Hua snuffed it but apologised and made amends before she did. She was a real wrongun with a sour face.
Now I need to catch up with Best Choice Ever, Unknown and then pick a new C Drama. I love "pick a new drama" night 😍

Just finished it, I liked how they resolved all the conflict.

Ok well I just finished episode 28 and I actually liked how it ended. Considering that it was 2 families that were at war with each other, they resolved it by forcing them to see the error of their ways and reconciled. So whilst there was no legal come uppance they did have to apologise. It's always best to resolve conflict within families where possible. And the brother finally stood up to the vile wife.

As much as the mother imfuriates me I am hooked also. I haven't fast forwarded through any either. I started the drama for Xu Kai and I am enjoying it.

Agreed. Finished episode 27 now so waiting for 28 to drop. Still hate the sister, don't care that she apologised, she needs to do one. She doesn't deserve forgiveness.

I'm on Episode 26 now and finding the sister increasingly hard to cope with. I had to laugh though when the ML got whacked on the head with a shovel 🤣 Sorry this series is bringing out my evil side!

She's hard work, and I mean really hard work but Xu Kai and the FL are really good. As is Xu Kai's PA. Just don't keep anything that can be thrown and can cause damage close by as you will want to chuck it at the screen during most episodes when the mother gets too much!

Agreed, I'm on episode 25, only 27 on showing on WeTV, hope I don't have to wait for 28 to show. At this point in time, I can't stand SiQi and I don't like the ML either, he needs to tell his damn sister to F right off. Sorry but she brought that whole tent incident on herself, I'd have just left her there and told her to get a sodding taxi and if that vile Yi Zihe had photos to destroy her reputation then so be it, next time she shouldn't be so stupid and selfish.
Man this series has gone downhill so fast. I want her with the 2ML now, he's consistently there for her plus he's cute. Whilst the chemistry is off the charts with ML and FL, there's no denying it, the ML has just turned into a sopping wet blanket.

yes, for Episode 20! I'm on 22 and loving it.

I know right, it was infuriating! I don't think I've ever hated a mother in a C Drama so much as this one.

Just finished watching her at the end of episode 16. Oh wow....so glad FL stood up to her like that. She really is something else.

it's ridiculous...these actors put their blood, sweat and tears into making these shows for us and then they get slammed with a 1 star because, like you say, the colour of the mum's dress doesn't appeal to them. It's way harsh. If I don't like a drama, then I simply don't rate it. I only rate dramas I'm going to give 10 stars to. Which is pretty much every one I manage to finish. If I finish it, then it means I like it. I like some more than others but to be honest, I'm pretty easily pleased.

I shall do, I have that many series on my watchlist but I shall bump it up to the top. I loved him in Go Go Squid.

Definitely recommend watching it. I never pay any attention to ratings, especially MDL ones. People rate it low for the stupidest of reasons. Yes the mum is batsh1t and drives me crazy but judging a drama in its entirety, it's really good.

Arrrgh she is totally ruining this show for me...I want to throw a shoe at the screen every time she comes on! Why have they made her so god damn annoying?
