This felt very out of character for Shu Yi to just walk away without confronting Shi De

So based on the novel, I don’t think there’s much material for a season 2, but I do have a cute plot idea for it. So half the season Tang Yi is in jail still, and Shao Fei has taken over the unit (this part is novel canon). Then when Tang Yi gets out, he opens up a restaurant. Maybe he employs Jack there too.
