I agree with most of this but Warit didn't actually get raped and he resisted Duen btw. Warit's a nice guy actually. And Pee is really sweet. But yea the writers for this drama seem to be misogynists

Same with Xia Qiao in Pretty Li Hui Zhen (the Chinese remake of She Was Pretty).. Loved the friendship, loved the bonding, loved how they cared for each other through their ups and downs.... and I loved, loved, LOVED Xia Qiao's fashion sense.

He was already very cute before his debut.. but in a way that didn't really distinguish him from other pretty boys. Whether or not he actually had things done.. I find that his jaw actually has a lot more character now .. I kinda like that it's so defined. I guess, everyone's taste is diff.

These are period dramas.
Our Glamorous Times, Meteor Garden 2018, The Brightest Star in the Sky, Once Young, The King of Avatar. These are modern dramas. No fantasy in them at all.
