the chemistry between the leads is off the charts, gotta love these relaxing dramas.

i agree with most people here this drama is too dragged out especially ml chasing the female which is like 10 episodes of it. 2019 version was able to condense a great story into 24 episodes, while this just feels like they just going in circles.

I give this drama a 9.9/10. That remaining .1 is for not showing us who Ryan is, lol.

This is such a good drama and very underrated. One of the most sympathetic main leads i have watched. Also All 3 women he meets and helps were great and loved each of their stories. Gao Ya Wen ending was the most tragic out of all of them.

Also loved the both couples intimate moments in bed with the music playing in the background(kinda want to know the song that was playing during main couples bed scene)
Marathon scene amazing as well, she struggles, but wont quite and finishes the race with gyeom waiting for her at the end.

This is a really heartwarming story. Loved the development of each character, and the romance was well paced in my opinion. Also i loved how the female lead was portrayed, and her acting was great.

Things i like about this story are
ML and FL romance (had some really steamy kiss scenes, also very strong relationship)
Cheng/Rang couple
Dumb, but funny cousin
No annoying parents

Only thing i didn't care for was the love triangle. I think it was not really necessary as the FL had 0 interest in him and and he didnt do much in terms of trying to pursue her. If they were gonna have him in the story, I would have liked it if he had a story with the xiong jings character who actually liked him.

Episode 12 so far has been the best episode too me, even with the break up at the end.
all Dan ha and young hwa interactions were amazing (loved their kiss scene)
gyeom and young hwa contact lens sence was hilarious,
gyeom standing up for his sister was great
the ending with his father confronting mi joo, and the break up was intense

I think what i really like about this drama is that there not just showing us the romantic development between each couple, but also displays the development in the budding friendship between Min Hoo/Dan AH and Gyeom/Hwa.

thanks for letting me know, i probably skipped over that portion. Also i agree didn't need him to be father, but what can we do, chinese dramas majority of the time try to get the best possible ending for everyone.

No misunderstandings, no breakups, honesty there isn't a lot of issues in their relationship at all. Their mostly lovey-dovey throughout their relationship. I would say the side couple had more drama then the lead couple.

Main couple love each other so much in the show that the love triangles do not really effect them. Any time their is an issues they usually communicate the problem with each other which is different from most c-drama's that drag it out. Trust me when you watch this show you will love the main couple. The chemistry is unreal and also no breakups and no major misunderstanding that usually would hinder a show.

They officially get together on episode 12 and are together till the end. Hope i didn't spoil to much for you.

59 episodes in and almost no development between the both couples that people suspect will get together. BoRa still wants preoccupied with joon so, Dae ro still trying his best efforts to woo Bora, joon so acting indecisive on what to do with the baby. Ah Ri is easily the best character in the story and each episode i see someone try to put her down. I cant even tell the last time she was happy at all in the show.

At this point i would not have minded if Ah Ri and Dae ro got together. The story probably would have been better as he would have at least been a beacon of light in her life.

Every time i see the main couple interact it puts a smile to my face. They are so sweet to each other. Also female leads smile is infectious, she just glows every time i see her smile in this drama.

I was going into this thinking it was gonna be another fluffy c-drama, but boy was i wrong. The only part i liked was the main leads getting together, everything else was annoying. Majority of the side characters really ruined the story for me. Also hated the both 2 main leads that pursed the female lead. I didn't mind Zhan yue character after he realized FL didn't like him and he got with fl friend. Shen Chen character was absolute garbage. I hate characters who cant get over being rejected., like dude she loves ML and you still trying even till the last episode.

Show was very enjoyable to watch. Main couple will probably go up there as some of my favorite c-drama couples. They did one thing that most couples dont do in k or c dramas, which is communicate. Every time hey ran into issues, they talked it out and resolved their issues without much drag.

The chemistry between the main leads is crazy good. I felt like they were like a married couple for majority of the show even though they didn't get together until near the end.

One thing i really hated was that they tried to make the director a love rival, when i didn't care for him in the slightest. He came of as a creep in the beginning of the show and some reason or another they made him try to compete for the FL when we all new she didn't have the slightest care for him. The drama went from a 9/10 to 8/10 for me because of those few episodes that we were forced to watch him interact with FL.

Also wished that there were clues to ML being the father of the baby instead of just putting it there out of nowhere.

I have really mixed options about this show. The best things i liked were main couples romance, as it was fun seeing them interact. They really had some good chemistry.

Story was alright, but most of the other characters annoyed me to no end (especially Zu Ma).
Never have i ever seen a drama with a couple who broke up 7 times and still ended up together. Zu Ma and Wu's relationship was terrible and She never really tried to understand Wu and pissed me off how annoying she was.

I wish there was more of a brotherhood between the 4 guys, since they have been working together, but there was too many conflicts between them.

like everyone said before, the synopsis is completely wrong. The story is all about ML and FL love story from childhood to marriage. The really was mostly about them going through life stages together (highs school, college, work, long distance). Surprisingly from being to end they never break up,( they have there little fights here in there, but nothing big.).

Only real conflict was the business stuff and the adopted sister who was in love with ML. Now she was obsessive over the ML, but i couldn't hate her too much as she didn't really do anything to disrupt the couple (like other dramas). But she did not deserve the ending she got. I kind of felt sorry for her in the end.

Yes this show is slow and could have had less episodes, but i really liked the main leads journey together.

Also the brother of ML wasn't even used most of the show.
