I remember there no scenes with her going to college in manga, in novel also not too more scenes about it
The novel did. She starts going to college, makes herself busy, then visits a bar or KTV with friends. Then she goes outside to get air and finds her roommates cigarettes in her pockets and drops them by accident.

Figured they’d remove the smoking. The leads never smoke or do bad stuff. Even the racy scenes later on will probably get axed too.
