ML still pining for his first love... at this rate the love story will be very complicated as love triangle cant be avoided... and the female leads have the same face at that.. fortunately he caught her at the last episode.. it would be a mess if male lead chase the female lead back and still thinking that she was his girl back then

Its pretty different from dramas that you mentioned. Bcs those 2 dramas dealt with time travel and how the leads tryna change their pasts but 18 again not necesserily dealt with any time travel bcs it occurs in present.

If this cohabitation plot takes place and not following BL route, i would rather ship bonghwan and soyong instead as bonghwan trying to protect soyong's body and later fall for her and somehow meet again in the future. Let the king have his own romance with the concubine. I feel that the concubine somehow become manipulative and sneaky if love triangle between the queen,king,and concubine presents. I hate that second female lead character
