Ikr, i kinda dont like shipper who like to ship real life ppl/actor outside the character that they're playing, its always make the relationship between the actor awkward and can damaged their relationship/friendship.....and even more mostly im seeing that from idol fans, def not all of the fans like that but from what i see so far most of them always crossing the line...that why i dont like it that much if the cast of the drama full of idol.

Btw what do you guys think of the rumors that song jiyang will play as xie lian? Evenmore he gives hint using bamboo hat and mask(similiar to the donghua). I dont mind that much if he really casted as xie lian eventho i have my own ideal 'xie lian' actor. But if they really casted jiyang, how they gonna find hua cheng actor that more tall than him? Jiyang is 183cm , he is pretty tall. I'll disappointed if they can't find actor as hua cheng that much more more tall than jiyang. They better cast someone who is tall & well build as hua cheng so the iconic bridal carry can be successfully processed☹☹i hope they dont cast actor that will be playing hua cheng more thin/slim/young/shorter than the actor who play xie lian.....its gonna ruined so many iconic hualian scene :((((

Ik, no hate for him tho, yeah have seen the vid that praising him as the 'perfect' hua cheng....no words for that......just think of that didnt exist lol. But yeah they shouldn't casted someone who have no experience on act field. Theres many good and more experienced actor that have more charisma and more worth to be cast than those idol imo, I really want tgcf turns to be masterpiece esp on the acting part, its pitty if they wasted such great and beautiful story with half baked actor who can't act.
Well same, let's hope they dont cast young idol as hua cheng....also idk but seeing how the CQL fandom turns out....i dont want the same thing happend to TGCF fandom....so many unecessary drama, fanwar & shipwar between those 2 ML idol fans within the fandom. Its literally pain in the ass.

and manly feature after reading the novel. Idk maybe Ren hit the spot for me personally lol. But yeah ik that hoping too much, they def will be casting more younger actor on their 20+....well, whoever will be casted i wish they fits like how the novel describe hua cheng. I just hope they're not casting 18+ yo/idol as hua cheng....I still traumatized seeing some rumors before that Justin will be playing as hua cheng lol glad it was fake and denied quickly....dude is pretty but he’s not a good fit for hua cheng...idk he's rlly not suited for that role

Well before the tgcf LA even announced most of the chinese fan edited him as hua cheng and luhan as xie lian in tgcf LA vid fanmade before lol, if you look at bilibili video of tgcf LA fanmade most of it using him as hua cheng XD i mean his character on swordship with the long hair and braid hit the spot for me XD just give him one eye patch lol
Yeah, to me he looks young for his age too lol but some fans just dont like it :/ saying he's too old to play as hua cheng etc, well ppl have their own taste i guess...
Its still just rumors, he's one of many actor that have been rumored as hua cheng and none of it have been confirmed.......as far as i love Ming ren as hua cheng, they def will casted more young actor to play hua cheng like they did to CQL, so i never dare to hope lol....fanmade edited vid is the only far i can get featuring him as hua cheng lmao

To me Song weilong also didnt suited as hua cheng idk why lol.... from all actor that have been 'rumored' so far as hua cheng, to me maybe Ming Ren is the most suitable one imo, too bad most of chinese fans didnt want him as hua cheng cause of his age :/ well whoever gonna be casted as hua cheng, i hope they do his character justice...

Umm no pls, if im not wrong theres scandal regarding him dissing his fans and fellow other actor, idk if its true or not but that news are big on 2018 and his image quite damaged back then. I just hope actor who will play as hua cheng to be less problematic/ have less unecessarry drama/rumors.
