It had potential but definitely not delivered. Surprisingly, the weakest part is the tention between characters, which spoiled an emotional package at the end. The casting was on point, so what went wrong? For the whole series, I felt like the actors are doing their job, they act well what they had in the script, which was filled with complicated and emotional relationships and yet I did not buy it. It was just too shallow. Pros are smooth progress of the action and no fillers, which makes it nice to binge watch, really good fighting scenes and well... Eye candy leads. All in all 6/10
When I read a comment section I have a feeling I watched a different drama ^^" I think it was an interesting thing for the writer to actually not put in spotlight either Gong Hye Won and Jamie and give them equally good screen time. I have weakness for Lee Chung Ah so more her on the screen the better. I liked a lot of characters in this drama and the actors portrait them really well. It's been hard for me to find a drama that will keep me interested to the last episode and on top of that deliver the ending that was (once again IMHO) very satisfying. Do Jung Wo was never a simple ML and he has the ending that suits him perfectly. It leaves so many opportunities for ones imagination! Well, I do not regret time spending on this drama and I am very content. But to be absolutely honest if someone is looking for a passionate romance or a clean ending might be greatly disappointed so maybe that is the reason of amount of unhappy comments.
