It's because resemblance between Alex and 6ix9ine's style is undeniable. I'm not even gonna be surprised if stylist took inspiration for Alex look from him. Btw 6ix9ine not even African American, he's Latino that was born in US.

Back to the drama, I'm 100% sure that Alex is actually a disguised Logan, even his bodyguard was there behind him. I know there was flashbacks with Alex and Logan together but I think it will be played somehow with another twist. All I want is justice for Shim Soo Ryun, she deserve to be happy <3

Let’s be honest that every nation somehow making fun intentionally or unintentionally of other nation in their movies or shows. The real problem is not racism but personal problems and anger issue of some users. I don’t wanna point fingers but some people literally labeled everyone here as racists, ignorants etc over the fkn dreads… I personally didn’t like Alex’s style and I can’t even refer it to African American folks coz it was just tragic and tasteless as many rappers in real life without sense of style or fashion (6ix9ine for example). Take it easy, laugh about it and forget, there so many issues in real life that worth attention than some miscast character in tv series with dumb style. On a side note if you so offended contact directly the writer and director of the drama and don’t ruin experience for everyone here.

No surprises here. I hope racist fighters from living room couch (with their meltdowns over the dreads in Kdrama) will be happy. Anyway we can always watch the new series about Anne Boleyn, I've heard it very entertaining :)

There a difference between racism and celebrating some fashion part of a culture even if it's in a funny way. Are Indians or Native Americans black??? No one referring them since dreads are important part in their culture too. If you wanna range people on classes by skin color then problem definitely in you.

Some people are really sick in their head over all of this cultural appropriation stuff. Please just stop it! There's nothing wrong or offensive to wear the dreads, especially for tv show, y'all only want to see bad in everything. Everyday you eat food from different cultures, trying different styles and fashion, more of the half of population wearing clothes that was made by asian hard workers in China - what is this then? Take a look at yourself first than judge someone else. I strongly believe that no one from Penthouse's stuff planned to disrespect or mock African Americans or even Indians and Native Americans that wearing dreads too on purpose. Racism is real no one denying it but y'all looking in wrong place. If you feel so offense from your couch then just quit this drama, leave the chat, stop crying and all your hate problems solved.

SC is more depressing than Penthouse but both has a great OST. I literally have goosebumps every time when Penthouse epic music played.

Agree but he called her a few times from prison (not Seok Hoon) for a reason!!! Theres something bigger than just fear of losing her brother to Rona. Dan Tae is very charismatic and smart man, he literally brainwashed too many ppl so his own daughter is not something impossible for him :)

Nah, director and writer of this drama keep doing a right thing. They combined drama, comedy and tragedy in one whole thing so it's not only depressing and serious but also funny with a little camp elements.

Not really, she's always been a spoiled brat that depend on her brother. She simply can't accept his love for Rona and afraid to be left alone, so that's why she's going crazy and jealous. Also Dan Tae contacting her a few times from prison and we all know how manipulating he can be.

Yeah I know, after episode 5 it really shown some progress.

Min Seol A is biological daughter of Shim Soo Ryun and her late husband that was killed by Joo Dan Tae. Joo Seok Kyung and Joo Seok Hoon are biological children of Na Ae Goo and Joo Dan Tae. We don't know yet what connection between Shim Soo Ryun and Na Ae Goo and why they look a like.

At this point she only can turn evil towards Dan Tae and Seo Jin and I completely fine with it, this two deserves to suffer painfully. Anyway we have to wait and see :)

I doubt that she really killed Seol A and even if she did, she paid good enough for her sins. Seo Jin ruined Yoon Hee life completely, she stole her voice, man and her future as a successful singer... So pls leave Yoon Hee alone, I'm not justifying her bad actions but she had enough in her life to become a vicious bitch.

I just finished the first episode and I'm so bored. Many ppl said that Sky Castle is superior than Penthouse, like in what universe??? Penthouse is a masterpiece, when I watched it I wasn't bored at all even in one second.

Nah I highly doubt it coz it's gonna look like a mess cliche. My only hope that Oh Yoon Hee didn't really kill Min Seol Ah that will be a huge twist :)
