Am I the only one who knew that the a**hole producer was gonna plagiarize Cotton Candy’s song for mars? I mean it was kinda obvious since he constantly kept bothering them for literally no reason and he’s just plain petty that they decided to go to a different producer for help. Like no offense also, shouldn’t Jihan kind of noticed that it was the same song if there were the same lyrics? (I’m not sure if he plagiarized only the music or the whole song)

I’m so happy chae soo bin is back! Loved her in sweet and sour and she’s so pretty! I also love the leads in this drama so far!

No offense but this makes it seem as if the female lead is kind of an indecisive woman meaning that she can’t choose which one she likes. This makes me feel worse for Gao wen since she lost her love two times. I kind of hate women like these though cuz it feels as if she’s playing both. (My opinion) I was thinking about watching the drama but I’m a huge reba fan so maybe not?

Lol it might be because I kind of skipped some parts of his work but I feel like watching those scenes allow the audiences to feel the emotions of yu tu and how his rejection toward jing jing affected him. The audience would also see more of why Yu tu rejected jing jing. Basically we see Yu Tu’s perspective so I just feel like watchers should watch these scenes since they’re kind of significant.

I meant Chinese people in China. I didn’t mean to generalize chinese people but I just mean the people who mainly stream it on official sites like we tv or Tencent. Also thank you! I didn’t know that and I recently became a drama of Chinese dramas too all because of Dilraba. I’ve been a fan of her since she was on keep running and go fighting. I do agree that Chinese dramas have recalled upped their game for modern dramas cuz I’ve always been a Korean drama watcher since a while ago but I haven’t really found interesting ones compared to the Chinese dramas. My preferences have to do with both actors, plot, and rating wise. The recent drama I’ve watched is start up and it’s on hold for me for now but I’ve also watched vagabond which had an interesting plot. I mainly watched these cuz I’m a Suzy bae fan even from her idol days.

I’ve never watched a historical drama whether in Korean or Chinese. It might be because I tend to not really enjoy dramas with too much talking or because they might bring up references I might not understand since I’m not Chinese or Korean. I do agree that the outfits are very nicely made but I feel like a lot of the plots might be similar like a woman dressing as a guy or something like that. I wanted to watch it before since the fighting scenes look cool but I don’t really like history though.

Can anyone tell me why Chinese people prefer historical dramas over modern? I’ve seen people say that “______ has a good rating for a modern drama” so does that just mean that people prefer historical? Or is it just because it’s just their preference cuz I’ve seen some international watchers say that they prefer modern over historical (I’m one of them). This is just a genuine question out of curiosity.

I’m on the final episode but I don’t wanna watch it cuz I would come to a realization that it’s really over. I’ve been waiting for this drama ever since it was announced so I’m a bit bummed that it’s over. I keep rewatching rejections scene and the scenes afterwards since it was such an emotional scene and I just loved their interactions.

I think starting at ep 15 would be good for people who aren’t gaming fans since that’s when the second rejection happens (isn’t a spoiler since it’s in the synopsis). Everything later falls into place after that event. I also don’t think people technically need to know about the gaming parts since it’s just a way for the fml and ml to get closer together.

In the next preview, we see Elle with Jenna once again so this is probably when they apologize and stuff or it would be that Elle continues to go solo even though we all know she’s gonna go back to the group. I’m hoping for some serious character development. Hyunji is on the right track for it so now we’re mostly waiting for Elle to get it together.

I think it’s gonna be Jihan and Jenna since we can kind of see her face when they’re dancing in the practice room. But I do feel like there’s gonna be something between CEO and Jenna based on the way they looked at each other in the 7th preview.

Jihan is such a sweetheart. He deserves to be ml since he’s been with her since the beginning and tries to get her group any opportunities to shine. Jihan is best boy!

Her emotional scenes are filled with so much emotion. Her acting is so underrated and I wish this drama got more attention!

I’m actually starting to warm up to Hyeon ji and I’m on ep 6. She gets a lot better than Elle from what I see so far. Elle literally annoys me like she doesn’t help the girls and just basically abandons them. I consider her to be more selfish than hyeon ji.

I think he kind of looks like Jin from BTS but maybe a younger version? Maybe that’s why I perceive him as older than he actually is. But I only ship their characters since he’s always been by her side and everything compared to the CEO who isn’t even willing to give the group a chance. I know that’s she’s prob just gonna stay single and all but that’s just what I think.

I’m shipping them because I’m kind of imagining them as their characters. Like I think that since he’s been in the industry for quite a while then he would probably be around 25 in the drama and her around 26-28 since she’s been longer. I’m basically just shipping the characters but it’s just my way of thinking. Also he’s technically almost 21 too which makes him an adult. Everyone says age doesn’t matter so it’s not like he’s 17 or underage. (Sorry if this comes out offensive but it’s just my way of thinking)

Ikr! Like when the former CEO said that they were only planning for their second album. So you’re telling me that these couple of years, they’ve only had one album? The promotion from the company is one of the causes of their downfall yet the CEO and others didn’t realize until last minute. The girls were forgotten.

there’s hints of romance. Like someone being interested in someone else but there’s not a lot of it. It’s mostly focused on the group’s struggles and what they’ve been through. If there’s romance then I possibly have 2 ml syndrome.

I hope that even if he does feel something for her, she doesn’t choose him. I rather her go with Jihan or just stay with her group members. I don’t like his attitude towards idols and it feels somewhat disrespectful to all the effort they put into becoming famous. He can’t really understand their struggles.
