I agree with you. I didn't feel the sadness because of the stupid decisions leading up to it. It actually made me very mad and marred the drama for me. Like you I was expecting a tearjerker, but ended up smh in disbelief.
So I enjoyed parts of this drama but most of the other bits were as anoying and ludicrous as hell! The portrayal of the female lead was poor! she should have been a bit stronger and the 2nd FL was just hella annoying!! Who gets away with what she did?! By the end, even though I wanted those two together (the boat trip as a family got me) I didn't care for the wedding. They should just have had a conversation to acknowledge the change in their relationship. I would also have liked to have known, how LHJ won his mum around to accept HSH.
I won't rewatch this but it was enjoyable. Loved the cast.
Thanks for all your comments. Interesting points made. I feel that he could have changed if what he did wrong was communicated to him. Also, granted he started liking Yumi while they were both in relationships but didn't act upon it until she was out of her relationship. Relationships are not about perfect people coming together but imperfect people working together to perfect their own relationship. It just seems like Yumi has exacting standards that she won't compromise on, which will ultimately make it difficult for her to find a partner.
We don't need season 3!No one can live up to Yumi's standards. She knew Wung was going through a tough time but…

We don't need season 3! No one can live up to Yumi's standards. She knew Wung was going through a tough time but couldn't be patient with him... Ba Bi was momentarily swayed, men and women get swayed all the time, they just don't act upon it and if Ba Bi felt the need to make such a mammoth move to avoid temptation, shouldn't he at least be given a chance to prove himself? I love Yumi but she is selfish, immature and unforgiving and she is going to either end up alone or get married very late!

Your review is spot on!

Swayed?! How is that a reason to break up?!
