I hear you. It's good that you understand. Sometimes people can't differentiate the plot and genre. For example Vincenzo genre is law, comedy, drama and crime but then someone expects romance even the tags added it is written slight romance actually it's supposed to be slightly romance. For example I started reading novels at nine years, would read like five novels a week but when it came Wilbur Smith and Danielle Steel I failed to read their books not because they were boring but because of their style of writing . Am not trying to change your preferences and acting isn't about being handsome or not (beauty is in the beholder of the eye). Once you understand be it the plot, blurb synopsis genre it's easy to figure out the type of drama one will be watching as long you don't fantasize something you haven't watched. Eg gentlemen of the 8th , some expected it be another version of gentlemen's dignity which turns out be kinda different but same.

You can't compare healer and Vincenzo even city Hunter. They are both good dramas but comparing them you can't. There's no romance only at the end or last episode.

Tried to watch Vincenzo english dupped and I think I will stick to Korean with english subtitles. There's this thing that you can't find in other languages when you're speaking your native language.

I should say people who are new to kdrama or have only watched romantic dramas this one is definitely not theirs unless they wish to explore other genres of kdramas. It also helps to read and understand the plot of the drama and not to expect or let me say fantasize on a drama you haven't watched.

Just imagine how cops feel when they watch crime dramas. Personally I like it as someone who's had narcolepsy since 1990 I find it refreshing. If all the doctors/nurses were serious about their patients things would be better but unfortunately not all are that serious.

Glad I watched it half way otherwise was going to have a heart break also good for my own sanity though I'll be ok within a month. But I understand some viewers it doesn't affect them one bit.
