I'm a Rowoon stan and other Rowoon stans are probably gonna come for me but I wish there's more to his character than just a love interest to Hwi. I get that Hwi is really the MAIN character but they could have made some subplot for him instead of being sad all the time because he can't be with the one he loves.
Not only him but even Gaon. They've built this mystery around his character since the episode he appeared, but that's it? He's the son of Hwi's teacher, and then what? There's nothing interesting about that lol!
I enjoyed the episode since the beginning and it kinda went south (for me) after the King died. But I honestly enjoyed episode 18. But they could have cut this down to 16 episodes.
It's sad that this Drama could have been more. I guess historical or complicated stories is not the writer's forte. 🤷
I am not discouraging anyone not to watch because there are parts that are very enjoyable. RW and PEB have great chemistry. It even shows on the behind the scenes.
I'm only at the 8th episode but I really can't get into the story in general... like I'm interested in the romance…
If you're after the main couple then I suggest you continue watching. There are polical parts but the story mostly on the main couple.
If I remember correctly, episode 8 is the Ming envoy arc? I consider that as fillers and doesn't really have any connections to the main story. There relationship will develop after that arc.
I've seen some videos of the second story on tiktok that made me decide to watch this. Just finished watching episode 3-5 and it was sooooooo good! How can it be so short?? I want to see more of them!!! They made me smile and kilig! 😂
I tried watching the first half of episode 1 and decided to skip it 😬 🙅
am i the only one who is looking forward for a sad ending? why do i feel like tragedy tag suits this drama? i…
I've already conditioned myself, even before the show began that there's a possibility for a tragic ending. As long as it's well written, I'll take it lol
EP 14 I really love this drama but... how the ML can kiss the king in the middle of the Palace where everyone…
Someone mentioned here in the comments that they were also caught kissing in the manhwa. I personally haven't read it, but I don't think it's a mistake 😊
I am surprised this comment section is so quiet compared to other popular dramas when they were airing. Twitter…
Probably because there's nothing that happened in episode 13 that we didn't see in the preview. We knew the King would die and probably figured out Hwi would eventually become King.
Either jiwoon has already found out that she is dami or gonna find it by himself in upcoming episode. I would…
To be fair, jiwoon didn't really know that hwi and dami looked alike when they were younger. There was a curtain (?) in between him and the young CP when they met. And nobody would have imagined a princess would work as a palace maid 😁
The amount of ignorance and homophobia I've seen in this comment section is just sad. For me personally, I really…
I just found out today that if I block a certain user, I will not be able to see all their comments. And I'm loving it so far. No eyesores for me whenever I read the comments 😂
There is no happy ending for the main couple in manhwa :( FL is forced to drink poison and die :(
There's no Kim Gaon in the manhwa. The bodyguard is the ML in the manhwa. Totally a different character. Gaon and Jiwoon are made up characters for the drama.

don't hate me 😂

Should I watch the 3rd couple?
