I really don't follow this case because the internet is full of sensational news... some are facts some are invented. I never believe in one side of the story. Maybe because I live long enough and on other hand I'm lawyer. Just think it's not fair for both parts involved, specially for the girl that already pass away. She can't speak and never had spoken. An d also for him and his family who is being (for the comments here) hunt by the keyboards warriors, probably a lot of the same people who attacked the girl for years after the accident in which she drove under the influence of alcohol

Also I remember read here awfull comments about the girl, some of them desiring that she never comeback again after her DUI, maybe the same that now are acusing Kim Soo Hyun , without even know waht the true is. It's like a witch hunt! And the family? Where were they all this years? Now, she is dead, can't speak and they bring this issue?
