I didn’t plan on watching it at first just randomly came across it while waiting for another drama to be subbed and decided to give it a go so didn’t read the synopsis or anything. Also, I know people don’t feel this way and its a bit weird but them being born on the same day and growing up together gave me siblings vibes…I think I was hoping for something similar to the recipe for farewell in terms of pace as we get to see both the son and the mother get a chance again and undo some mistakes. I think I would have been okay with mi joo being a love interest but the kids in this equation doesn’t work for me! this is a rather long comment lol

I definitely missed the part that he swapped his place with some other person but it definitely isn’t realistic at all.i am assuming it isn’t an emergency surgery so he would have been monitored for hours before the procedure so its weird to say nobody caught on that there was nothing wrong with him. I agree with all the loopholes you pointed out especially because his glasses were sticking out like a sore thumb how do you not notice that? Also, even after he went under anaesthesia isn’t he supposed to be hooked up with a breathing support? I know that this isn’t a medical drama so I don’t expect them to be medically correct in terms of showing a procedure or the nitty gritty of patient care, however, at this point I feel like it is lazy/poor direction and writing…you can’t think of a way to make a breakthrough in the case? Have goeun hack cameras that don’t even exist and voila you have everything you need lol
