I read this manhwa called 'Bastard' ( written by the same artist as Sweet Home ) and it is about a high school kid who is an accomplice to his father's murders and the kid does end up in jail at the end ( even though he was reluctant to helping his father and was actually a good person on the inside ) . What I'm trying to say is even if BaReum had good intentions there is no way the drama would end with him having a happy ending.
