Thanks. And you have a lovely rest of the day (wherever in the world you are).

You're most welcome. jHappy to speak more, but I guess it's time I call it a day. Will see you around here again later. You'll find that most people in this bit are kind and polite.

I have initiated a discussion in one of the comment threads below about Method Acting and how it appears to me…
We never know what kind of stuff goes on in interviewers' minds especially in the BL Genre. Some of them just want to get juicy, at the expense of the actors they are interviewing.

It seems great though that Nanon is learning how to handle things. And somewhere down below in the comment threads I mentioned, he has a good safe space in his family and best mates in case things start to go differently for him.

Pleasure. There's no TMI there. You are entitled to let your feelings out. Otherwise, you'll screw yourself over. This is a safe space. Either in the comments or in private messages, you can reach out to anyone you feel you can trust just to talk about stuff you feel you need to let go of.

More so, your "somedays" are valid. Just keep doing what makes you happy. And remember to be kind to others.

If one day one you find the courage to make one of your somedays happen, we will be pleased to hear it from you.

This interview will be discussed a lot. If it pushes their popularity - good! But, well, it will get attention.
It is always important to be in a circle of trust and have a safe space. Acting is a rather strange profession so support is imperative. Otherwise, you're fucked.

That's alright. Do things gradually and in your own time. There's no point in forcing yourself to do something right away if you're not up for it.

i am curious..Nanon keeps saying he becomes the character, and for Ohm (he told guys in safehouse)... while he…
I have initiated a discussion in one of the comment threads below about Method Acting and how it appears to me that Nanon maybe a Method Actor.

He fully immerses himself in the role he is given. He lives and breathes his character in every project, sometimes taking a while before he detaches himself from it.

In Hollywood, there are a number of method actors who went overboard and hurt themselves. Heath Ledger, for instance, after having fully immersed himself as The Joker eventually ended up taking his own life.

Meryl Streep was avoided by her fellow actors in The Devil Wears Prada because she took the method approach when she agreed to be the bitch boss Miranda Priestly. Even after takes shewanted to be left alone in her trailer - and everyone on set did not see her as Meryl but as Miranda.

So it is not impossible for an actor to be emotionally invested in his romantic partner whilst filming and in character. But is it the actor falling in love with the fellow actor? I say. It is the character falling in love with the other character. It just doesn't end immediately after the director yells the final "cut!". It takes a while.

Does it happen all the time? Probably.

What happens after the filming and the airing? It depends on the actor and how they get themselves out of the character they immersed themselves in.

Does it potentially damage an actor's mental health? Yes, but with proper professional supervision (therapy, psychiatric intervention, an excellent acting coach), that can be prevented.

Acting is a strange profession. We see it being so glamourous, but most actors are treated like shit for the millions they are earning.

True that. I'm naturally lazy, and I feel like there's so much more I can do than spend a lot of time working on the same things over and over, so if I can automate them, I would. :-)

I am not very familiar with how the showbiz industry goes in Thailand as it is not globally publicised. Also don't now how drama schools are like there, so I can't really tell how immersive the acting trainings and workshops are.

But you're right. If one has been exposed to getting into various characters at such a young age, it becomes difficult for them to identify their own personality.

What I can tell though is that Nanon appears to be family-centric, which means he is more than likely to have safe circle when it comes to dealing with that.

Also clever enough to know when to see a professional when needed. And of course his best mates, Ohm and Chimon. Can't go wrong.

I have no programming language. The tool I use for automation is object-based so it's mostly drag and drop and several scripts/expressions similar (but not excatly) to excel formulae. I'm just naturally curious and lazy (hence the interest in automating boring and repetitive shite).

I do journal writing though sometimes. But never really finished anyting written. Someday maybe.

Just curious, where did you actually see what those people posted/said? I couldn't see it wherever I try to find…
A little part of me wish that Bad Buddy could have been aired with a little less crowded field as it is now, with so many concurrently airing at the same time. ---->>> If the world was not in a Covid situation, the shows would not have been aired with only a few weeks apart.

Filming has been delayed for these shows and the production felt it to be a good strategy to bring them all out for everyone to enjoy (also because they still have loads to launch in the following year).

I feel the strategy though has not been carefully thought of. There may have been some complacent people in the publicity and promotion teams -- thinking since these shows are led by popular tandems, nothing would be compromised. Or that the pilot episode for each of these shows would instantly go stratospheric.

But it will all gradually pick up and viewership will reach its expected high.

Some rabid fans are just not patient enough.

I develop robotic automation solutions for business processes. I work in consulting. So IT and software related stuff. But I studied media communications - I majored in broadcasting and had extra course units in journalism.

Gotta say…BBS has made me an Ohm stan. I just watched OhmNanon’s podcast interview and shed tears. And after…
Truest. But we all have that one friend. I can say for myself I have one from the opposite sex. We have been friends since 1992 at the beginning of freshman high. She knows when I'm losing it, and I know when she is. So I kind'a felt for Ohm when he said, "I only have a few friends..." and then he started explaining and got a bit choked up.

We have still 5 episodes to go. It seems to me that those conflicts/problems with the family could be resolved…
Lets hope the friends issue is sorted out quickly. After all, theirs were just some futile faculty feud. It's the parents' issue we need to brace for. Is gonna be a long ride.
