I only know Neo had his driving license since 2016 and also an international driving license. As whether he supposed to drove the truck I thought every sister said only TJR can drive manual and he taken the job willingly from the day he picked up the key with Enxi. He even ordered Neo to get out from the truck when he tried to help and ask the local help teaching him instead (showing that TJR don't thing Neo knowledge in manual is good enough that's why he seek better person) I don't think Neo's fan need to fight for screen time because if you want to get more footage go out and joined the activity, even if Neo's screen time is much lower than the others and fans can see more of him only on VIP clips he got enough highlights.
