SK public did not like its complicated storylines which is quite hard to follow (more complicated than AoS). This high fantasy genre itself struggled in rating. It had some controversies around productions too.
But it was a hit in Netflix. I love Arthdal very much for its uniqueness and incredible storylines.

Since the actors refused to join season 2, I have no words to complain. Hopefully for the best, I mainly stay for the storylines. I am waiting for season 2. I am sure LJK will be amazing as older Eunseom/Saya too.

It's not slow placed for me. I think everything happens quickly as possible. ML is very straightforward.
