On The Door into Summer Jan 4, 2022
i watched it for kento and i have to say, it was... underwhelming. i feel like there was a lot of wasted potential. it definitely had me interested at the first half and then everything just became boring and predictable. it's like they pieced off varying puzzle pieces together and expect it to make sense. the ending had closure but was so unsatisfying. it felt like the conflict was resolved too easily and the MC didn't have much trouble at all because, everything just fell into place, and went smoothly with his plan. Mind you, the antagonist is literally the CEO of a major company and yet, no connections were pulled to stop him or smth? it just didn't make sense. everything just basically went his way. it's really disappointing considering they started off with a really good intro, i expected more.

The direction was good. The visuals was good. The side stories were nice. Everything was fine until the ending ruined it. The last scene of episode 9 highlights how Jae Eon only saw Nabi as some sort of property he's deeply attached to, "I have lost Nabi". He only thought about how he lost her, not how he she feels, not how he was hurting her. He made her feel guilty for liking him (not to mention let her soak in the rain) he knew he was hurting her but he still kept doing it. oh well. nevertheless

only 3 more episodes in and all i can say is it is now one of my fave dramas ever. planning to rewatch too :)
as an avid viewer of this show, i really loved it BUT,, the events become repetetive now. the revenge isnt even that satisfying at all. someone dies, comes back to life, someone gets framed and someone dies again. over and over. the plot isnt that exciting anymore, and things are getting predictable whereas in s1 it was always 'expect the unexpected' which made it rly good. ig im staying for the cast since i love their acting sm :)

That was my problem too. I didn't realize Ryusei Yokohama was even in it until I saw he was credited. Bad, bad…
i dont even remember who that is,, and thats on film who doesn't even bother about impact

tbh it would've been better if they fixed the camera angles. they literally filmed it miles away from the actors. we get it, we already saw the view show us the characters already. it's like they don't trust the cast's acting ?

To be a serial killer, you don't need any reason to kill. If you want to know more about serial killers' psyche…

So at the beginning of the show, everyone knows that Do Min Seok committed suicide. But almost at the end, we found…
i've been wondering about this too. i thought they'd clarify it on the last ep... but nothing

i actually liked the filmography in this film and the visuals, the scenes looked like they were captured on camera, like how the main lead takes photos of each scene before he died. it's tragic and can make you tear, tho i didn't really get too emotionally attached

I am a fan of one of the members who debuted and I have to say, this show was very stressful. Perhaps this is because I've grown attached to most of them giving me a biased viewpoint, however, it cannot be denied that there were scenes which were over-exaggerated for the drama. If you haven't watched it yet, I recommend you to not get attached or get some tissues because you probably will haha
