Whom ends up with Naksu doesn't mean he is ML. For me, it doesn't matter who ends up with whom.
Jang Uk is always the male protagonist of the drama, there is only him, others are not. The part 2 story will revolve around Jang Uk as well, there are a lot of Jang Uk's story left, birth secret, the King's star..etc

There was a Sageuk drama I watched before, it's called "The King in Love" where was SML ends up with FL, and ML ends up alone at the end. It didn't make him (SML) as ML, because the whole drama was centered around ML. I won't mind even if the same thing happens here. Jang Uk being main ML would not change no matter what.
