Yeah, I just answered base on my experience 😂, because I always watch drama with bromance, I watch one with 2 male and 2 female it doesn't have a romance tag but still has romance, and I know other 2 drama with no romance tag at first but have romance.

I have never seen a cdrama with 2 males and 2 female lead that doesn't have romance 😂.
