Uhm, so just now I was go to douban, read some notes fan noted, and I got the one who spreading the rumour. I translated them and it's read as hasn't pass the first round of censorship, not didn't. He said that there will be a not small change to the drama and will take time to process. And the censorship indeed getting stricter to a period/costume dramas. I don't know if it's the right translation, cz sometimes machine translation mislead the proper meaning.
