The basic idea on which this drama is built itself is flawed.Painkillers are of two types: narcotic containing and not containing. Both are legal and already in use in Korea. But the former requires doctors prescription. All narcotic containing painkillers leads to addiction when overused and has got side effects even when they are used for a shorter term in prescribed doses.But still they are used and approved by various drug administration because it is the last relief of many chronic patients.
Clinical trial patients spat blood becoz they were injected the medicine nonstop, dose after dose.The same can happen with any legal narcotic painkiller used all over the world if you use it non-stop. That non-stop usage is clearly mentioned in drama.
And drama deals about the former one which just says there is narcotics in the drug, not even about its amount,so lets fight.Even if Babel managed to release the medicine, this medicine can make the people high and will start to show side effects and addiction in a very shorter time , so that narcotic secret will be out within few months.It is used by a large population.Don't even think of exporting it without revealing actual components because they can't bribe every country
ABSURD PLOT DEVELOPMENTWhen narcotic painkillers are not even illegal in Korea, why did they hide the actual reason of accident?All the evidences regarding the new medicine and entire research team now gone, if antagonists managed to find some evidence against Vincenzo, it will ve Vincenzo who gets hurt in any court in the end.And villains probably didn't even heard of revenge in their lifetime!Tat could have made this show intense.Ohh is it becoz vincenzo, is the only clever person in the show or is the villain waiting for his next company to go down.
