It is okay you mentioned or listed all the flaws of secondary characters in this drama but the beauty of it is to watch FL and ML growth. Too early with the complaints and judgement from flaw characters. This is why some other mediocre dramas bypass this. The same treatment for Lighter and Princess from early episodes. I like Blossoms in Adversity and this drama as well.

No need to forced yourself, If you don't have an open mind and let the story continue instead of forming any too early prejudice or negative thoughts or judge the characters. There is a reason the way they are and tons of opportunity to understand their behavior or actions later on. There are flawed characters with tons of growth.
