I think Shen Wen Lang does love him, he just doesn't know how to show it, nor does he bother to explain it. Shen is deep in denial that he loves Gao Tu. And Gao Tu has no self-confidence at all, he doesn't see himself as worthy of Shen Wen Lang's love.
This is the only series that after every episode, I feel restless and angry and frustrated. I had to wait until all the episodes were released to watch. And I really hope they show more of the secend couple story. I admit that I watch the series for their story. The main couple doesn't interest me nearly as the secondary couple.
