Finally someone who sees what I saw. The show started in ep1 when SuHo had YeoHwa in the same position except he held her leg to save her from the guys, in the fight scene in Ep 1 and the show ended in the same position with different emotions compared to Ep 1. YeoHwa could have decided not to come back but she did. It was such a beautiful journey from Ep 1 to 12.

SuHo did confess multiple times and he even asked YeoHwa if he could the rest of his life for her and YeoHwa didn't directly confess to him as SuHo did but it was indirectly applied. Regardless, She has feelings for him and the show ended in happy ending where SuHo leans in forward for a kiss

It is true but she lets him come to her by not running and opening her arms while Su Ho swings her and the drama ends in a potential kiss where Su Ho leans in towards YeoHwa. I don't think he found her by accident judging by what Su Ho told her.

Anyone can explain the last episode
The father in law is caught and is punished. YeohWa and her husband separate as the fact that it was a fraud marriage is exposed. The maid is free and working with Daeng su and is seeing the brother of Su Ho. YeoHwa and Su Ho have happy ending as YeoHwa came back after she took a year break and we know Su Ho has no plans of letting her go again and since they are in arms with each other, we can assume positive about their relationship since YeoHwa is free also. The drama ends in a potential kiss where Su Ho leans in towards YeoHwa. So it is happy ending. Su Ho is promoted at work and Bichan also promoted.
