For a good reason. Zhou Wen Chuan( Wen Xing's twin brother), who is the villain of this drama, tried to kill Shi Yi many times which will be known by Wen Xing. She couldn't tell to anyone because she was afraid of creating chaos between both of her brothers. So she just wanted Zhousheng Chen to take Shi Yi away from his family to Shanghai.

3. Actually no. She did push her in the river and poisoned her(which was not fatal) but that was only because she wanted Zhousheng Chen to take Shi Yi away from his family. She wanted Zhousheng Chen to take her away because she did not want to watch both of her brothers fight. But before dying, she confessed everything to Shi Yi and Shi Yi will forgive her and will also not let Zhousheng Chen know about it.
