1. No. In ep 1 he said that bcz he was in a money debt & lack of connection made him lose his cases.
2. He was hesitant when masoor and him was bcz he knew that if something goes wrong either Miho will be hurt or she will hate him.
3.Goliath dialogue he doesn't care about. It was bcz he banane curious and the money he got would help him and Miho.
