So far after watching 12 ep they copied like almost 100% from the novel even the lines however there might be a little to none adjust of maybe the scene or the lines but I'm pretty confident I will still get me the same feelings. This drama has not disappointed me yet except that every ep is only 30 mins but other than that NONE, hehehehe

I'm not sure if others notice it too but I have seen Loveo2o and after watching 12 ep of YAMG so far I noticed, in Love o2o Yang Yang's characters most of the time wear's White long sleeve while in YAMG most of the time he wears Black probably because it will look more mature and serious, to somehow differentiate his last character in Guman's other novel too..
I felt at sleep on the first 2 episodes… I hope the plot picks up
I wonder until what ep you have finished? However if you have only seen 2 ep so far, keep watching it will get better, the 1st few ep of the story is more on gaming but it's only part of their first interaction after few years they have not seen each other.
There was a tug in the heart when Yutu said he know his capable of giving his family a comfortable life and That Dreams and Sentiments Doesn't Earn Money. For me it was very realistic, like how many of us choose to be practical over our Dreams and passion.
It depends what type of series you like to watch. So in this Drama, there is gaming but the story doesn't revolve all about game instead it's only part of the plot of the story for the main leads to meet again. If you also like more muture and realistic couple, you might find this drama interesting too and lastly if you want to see two really good looking leads give it a GO! The story of this series is really good, I read the novel twice!

When it comes to the gaming for me it helps that I read the novel twice. I don't Play RPG games too so I don't have enough knowledge, but while I was reading the novel I puased a lot and try to google the game terms and it help it gives me idea and I became a bit familiar tho I don't play the game.
The real romance will start after the game event so far they kinda made the gaming part a bit fast it's only ep 8 but they are already in the part where Yutu is teaching her how to play, give it another 1 or 2 more ep and that's the part where they focus more about the romance of the two leads.
I see some people are complaining about the gaming part and find it boring. A lot of people are comparing it to Love020 too. But for someone who have read the novel twice, let me tell you that the gaming part is just a bridge for the two main lead to connect again after a decade they have not seen each other. It's only part of the process of the 2 main lead in developing their romance, the best part will come after the gaming event. But then again we all have our own preferences if you find it boring and doesn't want to give the drama's plot to develop it's up to you, if you don't want to stick around. But for those who are patient and wants to give a chance the plot to develop, you will not be disappointed for even in the novel the best part was the epilogue.
She has quite a lot of Drama's lined up, some are done filming other's are about to start and YAMG is about to air this Monday. But I hoping for her too to have more movies as well. Sure I enjoyed watching most of her Drama's and excited for the up coming one's but I'm always hopeful that she will get more movies too. Others are not patient enough to watch long series of Drama and others simply doesn't have enough time. Hopefully she'll have up coming movies too.

I've read the novel several times and I believed same with the novel this series will not only focus ong gaming cuz even though it's part of the story but it doesn't entirely revolve in gaming. Base on the novel it's more of about one person's dream and pursuing your passion. The love story of this as well is very mature and the interaction of the main characters in the novel are realistic. If they did not changed a lot of things from the novel just to fit in for the live action drama, for me it will be perfect. What I'm trying to explain is, this is not another Drama that used "Gaming" to grab more attention and viewers . They don't need it anymore because the main lead couple here already get a lot of attentions. Now if you're OVER with Gaming Drama's and doens't want to give this series a try then better stay out of it and move you attention to those drama's that doesn't involved gaming.
