In my opinion, the plot is perfect for a romance drama it’s not very plot heavy, but it supports the love story beautifully. The storyline itself is solid. It’s centered around Sima jiao’s revenge and the Sima clan’s bloodline, which everyone desires. Sima jiao does everything to ensure his clan is never used again. Great visuals, great acting, and a great OST it definitely deserves its 8.6 rating.
