Me also I am somewhat bored by this old Chinese dramas be like male leads cultivate themselves to prove to the world that he is not waste and nowadays male leads cultivate to save female lead I prefer Chinese anime and donghua rather than dramas I watched 4 ep of this and my rating is 6.8
Now I know why people doesn't want a live action series of anime Chinese destroyed live action with too much romance and character development is zero Chinese in animes badass serious about future they make balance proper balance of romance,comedy ,action etc genres but in live action mostly the include romance more than anything I agree hate the fact Dominator of martial God is a good live action series than this one despite being new actors a low budget that drama is good not this one totally wasted Xu Kai is talented but he is unfit for the role of Dongbo Xueying and how they made him portray is he is into romance why you cultivate just for your lover or to protect good people from bad one those who dint watch it's anime can watch this but I am getting bored by this and if we compete the live action one vs Anime one anime one definately win I am sorry but Chinese can't you make something a little serious and does not always include romance in various couples please focus on action also please
