The only thing that I can see here is that she was so in love she helped him in all possible ways and helped him reach the top. She thought he'll be there for her in all the situations cause he loved her. Probably had marriage plans with KSH and when the breakup happened she was in denial and on top of that she has a huge debt to pay. Even after break up she thought he would still love her but that wasn't true. He probably dated multiple people after the break up but she never seemed to move on ig. That's what a grown man do to a naive girl. He probably was her first love and she manipulated & groomed her so hard that she took her own life
