maybe cause that's the common thing rn. this genre is being explored way too much now and maybe that's what people want to see. also divorce rates in SK is pretty high

same. every type of kdrama is repetitive these days. gone are the days when we used to get heart warming, heart fluttering dramas like weightlifting fairy KBJ, strong woman, 25 21 etc. I crave dramas with normal set of people, normal jobs, normal daily routine I just don't get it why every drama these days are centred around crime, CEO, company, lawyer, divorce, Bitch boss. can we not have slice of life?
