Too soon to tell but from the record, Thailand is great at adaptation. Even better than the original sometimes.

Fah Mee Tawan is pretty good but not s/k. More like a business revenge to me. Thai show toned down slap and kiss a lot to the point that it shouldn't be called s/k anymore lol

Military of Love and Devil Sister got cancelled in 2020. Those two shows were staring by lead actors who's not under GMMTV then covid happened and they were not available anymore.

Lhong Klin Chan (2021) is one of the best from ch7 this year. It's like Manner of Death with less plot hole. So far so good.

You can check out GMMTV dramas; Oh My Boss is the lightest I've seen. Too light tbh lol

JDrama might be the choice for you if you want light and fluff (although FL sometimes can be annoyingly innocent)

Japanese one is so underrated in term of rating. They got it worse than lakorn or c,tw in general.

(Thai series type of show and Thai BL are overrated imo)
