What cheating? SS should not have allowed the claw (MK) to take a hold of him and not let go even if she has to…
Exactly they are not engaged or married, so why complicate things by not breaking up from them? It's easy peasy. Or even why have to be in a relationship with people they are not into?

LMAO i'm laughing reading this. But kidding aside, the other three casts aren't problematic tho 😂

They deserve each other, truly!(1) Both couples are in a exclusive relationship - meaning: it isn't an open relationship.…
Tbh i already expected the cheating trope from all the teasers and the talks about the novel. So my problem isn't solely on the cheating but how the writer builds that part. They failed to portray why the affair needs to happen. Both never seen in a truly happy and deep relationship with their partner, it's not worth all the conflicted feelings and face they have. People will say migyeong is manupulative yadda yadda yadda, but what did she really do to make sangsu seems so difficult to break up with her? Nothing, nada, zero. If anything her terrible behaviors make it easy to people run away from her. Cheating alone is bad and the drama isn't convincing enough why the cheating had to happen. They don't have REAL problems to date normally, yet they choose to be with other people and cheat eventually. Only makes the fl and ml become first-class idiot. So ironic when they work in the bank.

When you have someone else in your heart when you are in a relationship, that's already a cheating. Yeah imagine how mess your reality is when you have to witness 3-4 people love affair in your work place like is it high school or something?

RIGHT! I forget about that

What's her problem exactly to make the two main leads cannot be happen so soon? Did she put a gun on his head for sangsu accepting her love? Did she make sangsu feel indebted so he couldn't run away from her? Anything she did in the dramas are just some cheap or flirty actions that i sure you won't do sangsu harm if he rejects or broke up with her.

They are always been cheating, emotionally cheating, to begin with. Only for them to taking this into physical cheating. No surprised at all, just proves how stupid they are, decided not to date for whatever childish reasons yet acted as if the world is against them, as if they are the most tormented party in this situation they created themselves *smh*

I can sense jonghyun also cheated with the girl from his study group. I'll be very glad to see that happen. Well aside to taste her own medicine, this is suyeong's consequences for impulsively took him, more for her rebound rather than truly cares for him.

He isn’t happy at all with her. Can she not see it??
Wrong. The question is always, why should you date someone when you actually love someone else? Nobody and nothing really holds them to stay or even start to begin with. In latest ep when migyeong asks sangsu about thing he doesn't tell her yet, he goes radio silence. Suyeong has thousand chances of break up, jonghyun is always on the edge to get away from her, but it's suyeong who holds him. I know you hate migyeong so much but no matter how you overlook it, the root of the problem is always be sangsu and suyeong.

I don't get why everyone's so mad about people saying fl looks too old(some are being disrespectful tho). it's…
You said it yourself, some are being disrespectful, so why being mad is questionable? Lee minki is only 5yr older than jung somin. Besides there are people whose face look more mature than their actual age, there are so many relationships which have huge age gap. I'm wondering why is it an issue in the first place, as if people who are in a relationship are required to have faces that are the same age.
On The Interest of Love Jan 18, 2023
The way they keep pushing the lacking of sml and sfl or make them dislikeable to show that the relationship doesn't work... it gains no empathy from me, idk anymore until what episode we keep seeing this. The writer wants viewers to feel pain and angst towards the main leads but it only makes me rolls my eyes really. Breaking up from a dull relationship which none of them have feelings at all is walk in the park, yet both sangsu and suyeong act as if the world tries to keep them apart. They work harder to those relationships than they used to with each other.

She is having no idea seems unbeliveable but the show so far has shown that she is truly insensitive to her surrounding, also her anxious reaction after she found things out is so candid

Shouldn't we grateful for that? Her loser boyfriend a.k.a sangsu keeps lying to her regarding his feelings, at least the notebook can put some ideas into her head

Some of you all really a misogynist and it shows. In every drama where the fl is the older one the comment must be "fl is too old for the ml", "fl isn't match with the ml", "they should cast younger actress" as if all dramas only revolve around who's the ml pairing, who's the ml counterpart. At least don't be ignorant, look who's the top billing, who got casted first?? No disrespect to jung kyungho, if anything about the age appropriate pairing then they should cast older actor not the other way around.

Agree so far there is no cheating needed. If they sense the relationship they are in is not good to the point…
Exactly! At least make them look content with what they have right now to make it more makes sense why the affair needs to happen. But i guess the writer still will push through it for the sake of 'drama'.
On The Interest of Love Jan 13, 2023
About the cheating tropes, it will be sooo stupid if they really do it. No, not because cheating is bad, but both are not married nor in a long term relationship with their respective partner to the point put them in a difficult situation to choose and have to sacrifice other people's feelings and their own dignity. Duh, i was even tortured to see sangsoo when he was with mikyung. There were no loving moments without the awkwardness between the two. Idk if this intentional from the drama writer or not but i heard from the og novel, sangsoo has this narrative that is showed he actually loves mikyung and cherishes his relationship with her.

Nah she would agree to breakup right away with jonghyun if only she acted the same just like when she rejected sangsoo after that "sangsoo's hesitation" fiasco. She could help jonghyun and befriend with him still without have to be in a relationship if she truly cares for him.
On The Interest of Love Jan 13, 2023
All this mess relationship won't even happen if sangsoo and sooyoung can act like their age and get their shit together without involving other people or willingly involve with others. I mean, it's not like mikyung and jonghyun make some evil plans together to tear them apart or have them chokehold to be their gf/bf (just like some people want it to be so it makes sangsoo and sooyoung the victims). And please their insecurities or whatever it is that makes them don't date is not that deep 😭 they complicate themselves. How come sooyoung can try harder to make it works between her and jonghyun but turn her back altogether from sangsoo, a man she supposedly in love with?!
