Think Kyung Jun is police, that's why he woke up but once the mafias decide who their next target is, it's a done deal. Everyone one they have decided on to kill has been asleep and didn't wake up even though they're getting hurt/killed(So that's probably why he fell back to sleep even though he was suppose to be awake doing police things I guess u can say).

Honestly I don't know, Da Beom wasn't the only that was bullied, so wouldn't there be multiple suspects?

Yep, usual skip the intros to get to the show right away but I couldn't skip that intro at all loved it.
