What @Kokowaii said is true. None of the actors (besides Kim Jinwu) were leaving the show. Just my mere idea: Kang Euntak for Na Seungpil's role, Han Kiwung for Jung Wuhyuk's role; or vice versa.

My thought is since Lee Sikang is now the actor for Jang Kiyun, they could have hired Kang Euntak for either the replacement actor for Jung Wuhyuk or Na Seungpil.
