Who wrote the story for this drama? The villains can kill and cause harm, but the hero never fights back seriously and just lets them go. Then, next time, they return to fight even harder, killing people and robbing them. After seeing this same thing repeat over and over again, I feel like the hero is just incompetent. I'm getting bored

Title Are You the One Spoiler
ok, I'm on ep 23 now, but this seems surprisingly nice - while his father was a philanderer and had endless concubines…
In the novel, it was different. Sibling rivalry was also there, and it was mentioned that he fought alongside his stepbrothers. He showed no mercy, killing them to secure his position as Lord. His fifth brother was also not a good person in the novel. The MC's fifth brother is still alive because his legs are broken, so the MC doesn't see him as a threat. However, in the novel, the final arc is between the MC and this fifth brother, but this storyline was not included in the drama

Title Love of Nirvana Spoiler
In the drama, Xiao Wuxia is portrayed as much weaker than in the novel. In the novel, he is the leader of the Yuluo tribe and maintains spies in both Liang and Wei.He commands a large yuoluo army and is highly respected by the Huoluo tribe. His sole motive was to establish Yuluo as an independent country, free from suffering and slavery for its people. However, in the drama, he is depicted as having no reliable companions and being weak."
