suho hasn't come back again since he's in coma, and sieun doesn't really know where suho is, or if he woke up already or not. His role in webtoon is only in Sieun's flashback/backstory, which was the drama adaptation.
this is an 8 at its best. It had some fun scenes, but plot was all over the place. I wouldn't really recommend this if someone ask me for kdrama recommendations, but if you really don't have anything to watch, or need something to play on the background while doing something, then I guess you can give this a try. But you can totally not watch this coz you're not gonna miss anything.
