That is some good story line Especially if the ML and the FL sister were just friend and he was actually in love with FL and wanted to pursue her only to stop and marry the older sister to save her from humiliation. Or the FL sister is in love with the ML but he only see her as a friend because he is in love with the young sister. The older sister found out she is pregnant and get the ML drunk and staged a scene of them sleeping together and few days later she tell him she is pregnant with his baby and he had no choice but to marry her.
