Yes2... I thought the same thing about the male lead too. How for once he should be selfish. Seeing him dismembered in One and Only is sooo heartbreaking and devastating. The part when Shi Yi walked up the tower in her red wedding dress with the guard watching her and respecting her decision though he knows she is going to jump is just soo indescribable... heartbreaking yes but beautiful at the same time.
In Forever and Ever, there were a lot of discussions about reincarnation. Some said yes, they're reincarnated, and some said no, Shi Yi was working too hard on her drama that she dreamed about it. But I also thought that the lawyer was the crowned prince. The other characters I was not sure but there was sure a lot of theories. I must say One and Only is one of the best cdramas I watched.

For One and Only, yes, I did watch the sequel. The ending for One and Only was initially heartbreaking. I cried buckets at the end. Their love story is sooo beautiful. After watching the sequel, I, then find the ending of One and Only to be heartbreakingly beautiful (additional one word (^^,)).

I might get hate for this but oh well, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. First and foremost, I
do watch rom-com but this, maybe just not my cup of tea. Too cheesy and cringey for my liking BUT what is not my cup of tea might be to others' liking.
The first few eps were ok. I liked the fact that the FL is confident in her work and she's kind of professional in it. What sort of lost me is when she started to relentlessly chase after the ML. Even the ML's niece is like that, too.. so yeah it is just me getting tired of girls shamelessly chasing after guys for like a lot of dramas. Wouldn't hurt to play hard to get. The FL's bff seemed fickle minded with her push and pull. The way she gives hope and then just steer away.. it is quite tiring to watch as the episodes go by.
I have watched till episode 21 and figure that I am unable to go through the rest of the episodes anymore. However, if you are thinking of watching it, just watch it and don't let reviews influence your decision. What is not to other's liking, might be to your liking. Different people different preference and point of view.
The actors and actresses were good in their other dramas, though.. love Bailu in One and Only, Dylan in LBFD, Miles Wei in P&C to name a few.

Correct.. it is very difficult to define love. Different people have different experience. Maybe the start wasnt exactly love.. more like coach and client but as you progress you wont know when love develops.. it might be love it might not. Hard to draw a clear line. Because in real life we are also confused. So that is what i like about this drama. It more or less depicts real life feelings and situations. Just that of course certain parts contains exaggeration coz it is a drama 😁😁😁

The drama is good and from the start I can sense a build up of a relationship between Jegal and Gaeul. Watch with open mind and just go with the flow.. move along with the characters and u can sort of tell there's gonna be some kind of build up between Jegal and Gaeul. The relationships lines that I saw by ep 5 were among Jegal, Gaeul, Seungha and Moo gyeol. They give off that vibes. I think I am with unpopular opinion. Maybe theyre like healing each other initially and then their feelings develop. I mean it is very very possible. Even in real life stuffs like that happen so yeah.. even in real life alot of older sisters or brothers get together/ marry with their younger siblings' friend. So yeah anything is possible. I just watch to see how the drama unfolds and if theyre in a relationship or friendship, how they support and heal each other. And dont forget just enjoy the drama in good positive vibes 😊😊😊

Wow sounds like fun.. is it time for me to catch up on the episodes.. i left it at ep 15 because its fun to binge watch and read the comments here. I somehow hope that the ending of this drama wont be rushed. Alot of dramas are like that, theyre good in building up the plot and such and the ending ended up meh... Hehe

I stopped at ep 15. Waiting for all to be uploaded and then binge watch. However, i saw the preview for ep 27-28, it made me curious. The way ZY dressed is like some kind of gangster with unshaved look.. and MR looked like the gf of the gangster with gold here and there. Wonder if it is just imagination or something. The scene reminded me of somekind of HK movie. Hehehe...

After all that tension between them and the heart fluttering scene, if theres like only 1 kiss (that is like an actual kiss) then the wait is like 🙄 worse if we dont get a proper kiss and just the lips touching for a long period of time. 🙄 30 eps of waiting, they better deliver what is expected 😁

I just hope they dont rush the ending.. or like just give us a teeny bit of the couple lovey dovey and then BAM the end.. that will be a real turn off..

I expected CDW to be the one since the beginning. There's something cliche in the plot that sort of makes u be able to tell. I am now at ep 9 but seriously i dislike the FL coz it seems shes taking advantage of the ML competence for piecing thebpuzzle and solving the cases and punishing him for her own incompetencies. She is not professional when she very much depend on her feelings in "getting" him punished or whatsoever. Like evry clue he gets, every thing he concluded, she took it and then blamed stuffs upon him. Like seriously... Shes just not that competent and always follow her own feelings in judging the ML. hooe things get better or else a character like her is one that i would very much like to give a flying kick to.

I hope the FL wont turn dumb being all naive, suddenly weak and blinded by her crush. Like the usual drama trope. All evil= ML, All sugar and nice= SML.. and despite the evil stuffs SML the FL will still be like blinded. Seriously hope the FL to be intelligent, confident and not "blind"..

I have only reached ep 9 and what can i say i am liking the story. Love the fact that the FL is taking the harsh criticisms as a motivation for her to work hard and deliver the utmost best. Love the support ard her. Looking forward to her future development.
As for the ML, he is super harsh, rude, arrogant. Basically a MCP 🙄 BUT the fact that he likes her alot and is in denial shows how childish he can be. It is like bullying a girl that you like in school and throwing tantrums when you dont get what you want. There's also the usual "its ok if u hate me but it is for your own good" or "i just dont want you to get hurt" kind of insults which is why we see that he likes her but he is soo rude to the max. Very cliche in a drama. I am wondering if he has a back story as to why he is hurling insults on others, being so arrogant.. normally in other dramas, the ML will like have a bad past being backstabbed or betrayed or wanting to feeling good abt himself due to the criticisms he faced as a child or something. Lets see where this goes. For sure it seems down the road, his fall might be a turning point for him to realise how terrible he behaves.
I cant comment much about the SML as I havent got to the ep where he makes his appearance but i hope it wont go down the "back with evil ulterior motive" path. The usual drama trope where the FL fawns over her crush while the crush appears to b supporting her but with ulterior motive. 🤔🤔🤔
