it was a slow burn but started becoming very interesting in the middle and to the end idk It again becomes slow but not a bad drama. would I re-watch it ? no but is it bad like someone who rates 1.0 no . I just couldn't find the chemistry till the end like there was chemistry in the start but it fell off 8.5 or 9.0 depends on the ending I am at ep 33
So, 455 people suddenly go missing in Korea, and nobody bats an eye?Only those who won, and those who are involved…
Look it's fiction but not as far-fetched as you think. Most of the 455 players in Squid Game were people society had already written off.no jobs, no family ties, drowning in debt, or actively trying to disappear. That’s exactly why they were targeted. You're assuming every missing person has a circle of loved ones banging down doors —but in real life, thousands go missing globally every day without headlines. Especially those in the margins. And the game doesn't just pluck people off the streets they voluntarily come back, sign away their rights, and are taken from remote pickup locations. No digital trail, no phones, no ID. It’s designed to be invisible. As for multiple seasons of the game? Think powerful elites, endless money, insider connections, and a system built to keep secrets. Real history is full of large-scale atrocities and covert ops that stayed hidden for decades. Why? Because the victims didn’t have voices loud enough to be heard. And now they’re making Squid Game USA? Good. Maybe it’ll force people to look at just how cruel and exploitative capitalist systems can be when human lives are treated as disposable entertainment which is kinda the whole point.
